♪ The Hills Are Alive...At Carroll! ♪
Angela Alquiros, Class of 2018, will star in the Archbishop Carroll adaption of the classic movie, "The Sound of Music." Angela plays Maria Rainer, an aspiring nun who may not be called to the religious life after all. Maria's youthful spirit drives her to take a break from the convent, and become the governess of an Austrian family, the von Trapps. Belonging to this family are seven motherless children, who have been trained to behave like soldiers by their widowed father, Captain von Trapp (Played by Charlie Harrison, Class of 2016). Can Maria mend the broken relationships between the von Trapp children and their father by giving them the gift of music? Find out in the Archbishop Carroll Theater Society's production of "The Sound of Music!"♫
